Refunds & your money
Clear rules. You stay in control.
In line with our Terms & Conditions: subscription fees collected while your subscription is active are not refunded. What you control is simple — you can pause or cancel your subscription in the app at any time, and the money in your wallet is always yours to withdraw.
How it works
Subscription fees — not refunded while active
Your weekly plan fee pays for access during the week you're subscribed, so fees collected for the duration of an active subscription are not refunded. Don't want to be charged next week? Pause or cancel your subscription in the app (Profile → Your Subscription) — that stops future charges immediately. No forms, no waiting on us.
Your wallet money is always yours
Withdraw your wallet balance any time in the app, using mobile money withdrawal or EFT. Support steps in to get money out for you in one situation only: the app is frozen and neither the mobile money withdrawal nor the EFT feature is usable. If that's you, tell us on the form below and we'll assist.
Billing errors — corrected in full
Charged twice, the wrong amount, or after you cancelled? That's not a refund request — that's our error, and we correct it in full within 5 business days of confirming it against your debit history.

Signed up as a driver but you actually run a fleet?
The driver product can't serve fleets yet, so that's on us. Tell us on the fleet waiting list — we'll either move you across to the fleet product at no cost when it launches, or resolve your sign-up with you directly.
